Gina’s diverse career set the stage for her successful entry into public speaking and training. Her professional background includes a fifteen-year career in healthcare administration, national marketing and public relations experience, professional fundraising, political and charity campaign management, political coalition building, and writing as a reporter, columnist and blogger. Gina has been an adjunct faculty member for Rockhurst University Continuing Education Center since 2000 and has taught for the University of West Florida Continuing Education Department as an adjunct faculty member where she taught blogging and public speaking courses.

Gina is the author of The Working Woman’s Rant and Rave Guidebook: Audacious Advice for Handling Everyday Workplace Challenges That Make You Want To Scream.

Gina serves on the Board of Directors for Gulf Coast Kid’s House, a Child Advocacy Center serving the needs of children who are victims of child abuse in Escambia County, Florida. She is a past Chairman of the Board for the HIV Care Center of Northwest Florida and a past member of the Board of Directors for Catholic Charities of NW Florida. Gina served on the National Businesswomen’s Leadership Association Advisory Board and is a Past District Governor for Toastmasters International.

Gina is the proud grandmother of two adorable grandsons. She is happily married and resides in Gulf Breeze, Florida with her husband. Gina is managed by an orange cat named Boudreaux.
